Thank you for choosing Solink Motor. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all our brushless motors and gears, covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

During the warranty period, if your product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will, at our discretion: Repair it, replace it, or provide replacement parts free of charge.

What Is Covered

Motor Warranty Includes:

  • Missing parts in the package.
  • Motor defects (overheating, sudden shutdown, gear misalignment, etc.)  by manufacturing default.

Gear Warranty Includes:

  • Missing or incorrectly assembled gears in the package.

  • Gear breakage occurring under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (such as minor surface scratches, noise, or reduced performance due to regular use).

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, water immersion, or operation beyond specified limits.

  • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

  • Any consequential or incidental damages beyond the product itself.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand ,domestic official sales channel like  Taobao o Alibaba,Aliexpress.

  • Price differences due to promotions, discounts, or price adjustments after purchase.

Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Replacement or repair under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

  • Contact our customer service team at info@solinkmotor.com with your order number, product details, and a clear description ( photos or videos if possible) of the issue.

  • Our team will assess your claim with alternative solutions.

  • For issues requiring further investigation, we will provide troubleshooting instructions. You’ll need to perform diagnostics as per our guidance and share corresponding photos or videos. Once received, we will offer a resolution.

  • If the defect is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Shipping costs for returning the product to us are borne by the customer ,we will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replaced products back to you.
